I founded Adam James to make true, British Savile Row tailoring more accessible and affordable. I want men to dress well, with confidence and to feel confident. I want to help guys with their success.

I want to give my clients unique standout masterpiece suits, with the quality and service to match. I can meet you anywhere in London in under an hour, and at short notice too. Or, if you'd prefer, you can visit the Adam James studio in Central London; one minute from Finsbury Square.

Suits that fit your schedule
If your diary is too busy to travel to me - I can visit you at your workplace or home.
As my private showroom is only accessible to me and clients, with notice I can travel anywhere in the UK for you.
My process
My suits follow the the old school Savile Row style but with my particular take. With semi/full bespoke, I take skin measurements to develop a pattern that's unique to you.
Fit is the key to showing off your body in the most flattering way. That’s the core of bespoke tailoring, using personal measurements while providing enough ease and comfort.
Proper craftsmanship goes into every one of our suits. Our fully bespoke range is completely handmade; the canvas inside your jacket slowly forms to your body, so the fit will keep getting better over time (Meet Adam).
Measuring up
Adam measures you up twice; once physically (dimensions, shape & posture) & then for your personality (what are you comfortable with & what is the purpose of the suit). Only then will he guide you through material choices, styling options & personal touches.
First fitting
Whether it's semi or full bespoke, the first fitting stage allows Adam to achieve your perfect fit. Semi bespoke suits are finished garments with any final tweaks made within 3-5 days. Full bespoke suits are partially complete, replicating the Savile Row baste fit.
Final fitting
Once the suit is ready, we arrange for a final fitting to check the fit before you take your finished suits away. This handover can be done in-store in Central London or at a place and time that suits your schedule.

I only work with the finest mills in the UK. I understand their fabrics and can find the right material to suit every customer.
